Descriptionof the investment project	The project provides for the reconstruction of a former grain storage facility into a hotel / catering facility. The purpose of the construction of the facility is to create conditions for the fullest satisfaction of the demand of residents for hotel services and catering services in a wide range at affordable prices for the population.
General information about the investment proposal	On the land plot there is an unfinished unfinished capital structure with an area of 688.3 sq.m. The object is owned by JSC Schuchinagroprodukt.

Investment platform	The investment site is located in Shchuchin, on Naberezhnaya Street, 9. Lenin. There are 19 public catering facilities on the territory of the district, including: restaurant - 1, cafe - 2, cafeteria - 3, bar ¬ - 2, buffet - 1, dining room - 2, for events - 8.
